Water supply and drainage of flake ice machine:

The water supply requires the installation of a water treatment system to prevent the formation of scale, filter out sediment and remove the smell of bleaching powder, and ensure the hygiene of the borneol.

(1). Installation guide:

Do not directly connect the ice machine to the hot water pipe, so as not to damage the plastic pipe parts. In the cold season in the northern region, heat insulation is required to prevent the water supply pipe from freezing.
If the pressure exceeds the allowable maximum pressure (0.6Mpa), please use appropriate methods to reduce the water pressure.
Connect with a sealed threaded joint to prevent dripping and water leakage, and check whether the hand valve can be used normally.

(2). Guidelines for pipe installation:

The drain pipe must have a drop of 2.5CM, and there must be no water storage pipe head
The floor drain must be large enough to drain all the drain
There must be an air gap at the outlet of the drain pipe

(3), the size and other parameters of the water supply and drainage pipes:

The water temperature at the water inlet of the ice making unit is ≤35°C, 0.1MPa ≤water pressure ≤0.6Mpa, the water supply interface has 4 internal pipe threads, and the drain interface has 6 internal pipe threads.
