The correct use of the bullet ice machine steps
• Remove the outer package
Upon receipt of the ice machine, first remove the outer packaging, pay attention to protect the machine from damage.
• Remove accessories
Remove the random and attached document bag from the ice storage box, including the accessories such as water inlet hose, drain hose, ice scoop, gasket, and so on.
• Select Placement
Place the ice maker in a well-ventilated place away from heat sources and make sure the machine is placed smoothly, keeping a space of not less than 150mm from the wall. The floor should be solid and level to keep the ice maker level to avoid noise and non-de-icing phenomenon when making ice.
• Connect the water inlet pipe
Connect one end of the supplied water inlet pipe to the tap with 3/4" threaded connector of the potable water supply pipe, and make sure the water pressure of the water supply pipe is between 1.5~3Kg/C㎡. Connect the other end of the water inlet hose to the threaded connector of the water inlet valve on the back of the ice maker, and place a gasket on both ends to prevent water leakage.
• Connecting the drain hose
Connect one end of the supplied drain hose to the drain head on the back of the ice maker, and place the other end in the water trap or sewer outlet to ensure smooth drainage.
• Turn on the power
Plug in the power supply, make sure the power outlet has a fuse and earth leakage protection switch and is grounded.
• Self-test
Press the cock switch of the operation panel or set the cock switch to "I" position, then the indicator light of the switch will be on and the system will start self-test. After a few minutes, the "Run" light on the display panel will turn on and the ice maker will start to work.
• Ice-making process
According to the different ambient temperatures, the ice-making time will vary, an average ice-making cycle of about 15-30 minutes. The ice maker will automatically complete the whole process of feeding water, making ice, crushing ice, discharging ice and storing ice.
• Ice full stop
If the amount of ice in the storage refrigerator reaches a certain level, the ice full light on the operation panel will light up and the ice maker will stop automatically. Water shortage shutdown.
• Water shortage shutdown
When the external water supply pipe is broken or the water supply is faulty, the water shortage lamp on the operation panel will light up and the ice maker will stop automatically. When the water supply returns to normal, the machine will automatically resume work.
• Regular inspection
Check the inlet and outlet pipe joints regularly to prevent leakage. The drain pipe should be checked 1-2 times a year to prevent clogging.
• Cleaning and maintenance
The ice maker needs to be cleaned regularly, including the water inlet valve strainer, water pipe, water tank and condenser, etc., to prevent clogging and affecting the ice making effect. When cleaning the condenser, avoid using sharp instruments to prevent damage.
• Long-term non-use treatment
If the ice maker is not used for more than a week, unplug it from the power supply and clean the residual water in the inner liner to keep the interior dry.
