Inspection and installation conditions after the flake ice machine is started

1. Whether the steering of the reducer is normal (the normal steering is counterclockwise)
2. Through the observation port on the upper part of the ice bucket, observe whether there is water or the amount of water is very small in the water tray in the ice bucket. (Make sure that the water valve of the water inlet pipe has been opened or the phase sequence of the water pump is wrong)
3. Whether the cooling water pump of the condenser is running normally (the cooling tower is normally the top exhaust type, otherwise the phase sequence should be adjusted)
4. There is no abnormal noise from the compressor after starting up (for the scroll compressor, there may be a phenomenon of phase sequence error, or observe the pressure gauge. If the phase sequence is wrong, the high pressure drops and the low pressure rises after starting up, stop the machine in time, adjust the phase sequence and restart the machine)

Please note: When the weather condition is below 10 degrees Celsius and the machine is turned on for the first time or the machine has not been used for a long time, wait for 3-5 hours after turning on the main power supply air switch (compressor refrigeration oil needs to be heated for 3-5 hours) before starting the ice machine , otherwise the compressor may be easily damaged.

Installation conditions of flake ice machine:

a) The wiring must comply with the requirements on the electrical code and the nameplate of the machine.

b) Select the appropriate air switch according to the current of each type of machine and the air switch must be installed within reach. The ground wire should be installed according to relevant standards, and the ground wire should be located in the electrical box or at the designated position on the bottom plate.

c) The machine must ensure continuous water supply (pressure 0.15~0.5MPa), the water source switch must be installed near the flake ice machine, the water inlet pipe must be independent, and the drainage outlet must be not far from the flake ice machine. Use two separate drains for the flake ice machine and storage bin.

d) The flake ice machine cannot be installed in (1) a sealed environment; (2) near a heat source; (3) outdoors.

e) In order to ensure the quality of ice, you can consult the installer whether to install a filter or a water processor according to the water quality in each place.
