How To Improve The Use Effect Of Flake Ice Machine

How to improve the use effect of flake ice machine

It can enter the gap between objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain ice temperature, and have a good moisturizing effect. The flake ice machine has excellent cooling effect, and has the characteristics of large cooling capacity and fast speed. Therefore, it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration equipment, food freezing, concrete cooling, etc.

The principle of ice water in the flake ice machine is to enter the water collection tray from the water inlet of the evaporator of the flake ice machine, and sprinkle the water evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator by watering to form a water film. The water film communicates with the refrigerant in the evaporator flow path. Heating, the temperature drops rapidly. A thin ice layer is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator, and is crushed into ice cubes under the extrusion of the ice blade, and falls into the ice storage device from the ice drop port. Part of the unfrozen water passes through the water collecting pan, and returns to the cold water tank from the return port through the cold water circulation pump.

The ice-making cycle is made up by the water valve, the water automatically enters the water collector, and then the water is pumped to the split head through the flow control valve, and the water is evenly split at the split head. Spray on the exterior of the ice maker, the water curtain passes through the wall of the ice maker, the water is cooled to the freezing point, the non-evaporating and frozen water will flow into the storage tank through the porous water tank, and the circulation will resume.

When the ice reaches the desired thickness (under normal conditions, the thickness of the ice is 1.5-2.2MM), the hot air discharged from the compressor is directed into the ice in the manufacturer's clamp. Replace the cryogenic liquid refrigerant on the walls. This forms a water film between the ice and the walls of the transpiration tubes. This layer of water acts as a slippery agent as the ice falls freely by gravity into the grooves below. The water that occurs during the ice mining cycle will return to the water storage tank through the porous water tank, which also avoids the wet ice being discharged by the machine.
