1. Malfunction of deicing solenoid valve

If the deicing solenoid valve is faulty, it is difficult to start the deicing program.

The inspection method is to try the heat supply pipe when deicing. If the heat supply pipe is not hot, it may be that the solenoid valve is faulty, or there is a problem with the relay controlling the solenoid valve on the circuit board.

2. There is foreign matter attached to the surface of the evaporator

If the adhesion of foreign matter on the surface of the evaporator results in a long deicing time, it is only necessary to clean the surface of the evaporator, the shower and the water storage box.

3. Refrigerant leakage

It is necessary to carefully check the ice machine to see where there is a leak, and then repair it and add refrigerant after identification.

4. Heating valve failure

If the heating valve is faulty and cannot be opened, the heating valve needs to be replaced.
