What Is The Principle Of The Ice Machine Commonly Used in Life?

The ice machine is a kind of refrigeration mechanical equipment that generates ice after water is cooled by the refrigerant of the refrigeration system through the evaporator. The working principle of the Lier ice machine is to use the frozen water from the water storage tank to flow into the water pump, and continuously flow through it. The plate or grid evaporator circulates; after the compressor is running, it goes through suction-compression-exhaust-condensation (liquefaction)-throttling-and then flows back to the evaporator to continue at -10°C to -18°C The low-temperature evaporation of C absorbs heat and vaporizes, and the frozen water continuously condenses into a layer of ice on the surface of the evaporator at a water temperature of 0 degrees. When the ice layer condenses to a certain thickness, when the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant reaches the set temperature of the temperature control, the defrosting solenoid valve usually uses the deicing in the form of a heat pump, and then proceeds to the next cycle.
1. Ice making cycle:
The water automatically enters the water storage tank through the supplementary water valve, and then the water is pumped to the diverter head through the flow control valve, where the water is evenly sprayed on the surface of the ice maker and flows through the ice maker like a water curtain. On the wall, the water is cooled to the freezing point, and the water that has not been evaporated and frozen will flow into the water storage tank through the porous grooves, and the cycle work will start again.
2. Ice collection cycle:
When the ice reaches the desired thickness (the operator/user can choose the thickness arbitrarily), the hot air discharged from the compressor of the flake ice machine is reintroduced into the wall of the ice machine to replace the cryogenic liquid refrigerant. In this way, a thin film of water is formed between the ice and the wall of the evaporator tube, which will act as a lubricant when the ice falls freely by gravity into the lower slot. Water produced during the ice collection cycle will return to the storage tank through the perforated sump, which also prevents the machine from draining wet ice.
3. Refrigerator condensation:
It can be completed with air-cooled, water-cooled or evaporative condenser, the evaporative type is installed above the ice machine, the water-cooled condenser is installed under the ice machine or under the refrigeration system, and the air-cooled condenser is installed in the ice machine according to the actual situation. It can also be installed outdoors. If necessary, water-cooled condensers can be used on board or on land with seawater-cooled condensers. Evaporative cooling can be used when the ambient air temperature is high, but it is not suitable for water or air cooling from an efficiency and economic point of view.
