What are the internal structural components of the flake ice machine
The flake ice machine is a new type of high-efficiency ice-making unit developed to meet the ice requirements for fresh water refrigeration and cooling operations. The unit adopts an integrated overall design, which is suitable for a wide range of applications such as fishery food processing, meat food processing, supermarket logistics, water conservancy and hydropower, and concrete cooling in construction projects. Agglomeration, simple and convenient use, energy saving and environmental protection, etc., can make ice by connecting to electricity. The flake ice machine is made of stainless steel and anti-corrosion alloy aluminum, with a service life of more than 10 years. The whole process is intelligently controlled and does not require personnel to operate.
Internal structural components of the flake ice machine:
Evaporator: The evaporator is where ice flakes are produced. The refrigerant in the entire refrigeration system exchanges heat with water through the inner wall of the evaporator, absorbs a large amount of heat, and cools the inner wall surface of the evaporator to freezing point through water.
Water supply circulation device: water supply circulation includes water tank, pump pump, float valve, water supply pipe, water diffuser plate, connection plate, leading to water tank and flow switch. The water flow route is that the water connected to the external water source enters the water tank, and there is a floating ball valve in the water tank to control the water level in the water tank. The water pump directs the water flow through the tanks to the top cover of the ice maker, from the top into the loose water plate, and distributes the water evenly to each of the three tanks. By adjusting the water flow regulating valve, the water level of the loose water plate is controlled to ensure that the evaporator is completely frozen, and the unfrozen water on the inner wall falls on the water plate, flows into the diversion groove, and enters the water tank for recirculation.
Ice scraping part: The bracket fixed on the upper and lower ends of the main shaft cuts the ice layer along the inner wall of the evaporator, peels a certain thickness of ice off the inner wall, and forms ice cubes of uniform shape at the ice drop port of the ice maker. Two types of ice scrapers, spiral ice blades, and rake ice blades can meet the ice scraping function.
Spindle drive: The main shaft rotates at a low speed and is driven by a motor reducer.
