What Are The Components Of A Flake Ice Machine?

What are the components of the flake ice machine? There are mainly condensers, compressors, evaporators, and expansion valves. What are their functions?

1. Expansion valve: installed between the liquid storage tank and the evaporator, it is the cut-off point between the high pressure area and the low pressure area in the system, and its function is to throttle the high pressure liquid to the low pressure liquid.

2. Condenser: In the refrigeration process, the condenser plays the role of heat energy output and condensed refrigerant. After the high-pressure superheated steam discharged from the refrigeration compressor enters the condenser, all the heat absorbed during the working process is transferred to the surrounding medium , including the heat absorbed from the evaporator and refrigeration compressor and the condensation of high-pressure superheated steam back to liquid in the pipeline.

3. Evaporator: The evaporator of the ice cover machine is called an ice bucket, water enters the evaporator spray pipe and disperses the water evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator to form a water film, the water film and the refrigerant in the evaporator channel Heat exchange is performed, the temperature drops rapidly, and a thin ice layer is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator, and under the pressure of the ice blade, the film is broken into ice flakes and falls into the ice storage.

4. Compressor: It plays the role of compressing and transporting refrigerant gas in the refrigeration system, that is, the low-pressure and low-temperature gas generated in the evaporator is sucked back, and then compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas and sent to the condenser. The core component of the system is also the power source of refrigerant compression. Its function is to input electrical energy into mechanical energy, inhale, compress and transmit refrigerant vapor, and drive the cycle.
