Before using the ice machine, you should know these precautions
1. The ice machine should be installed away from heat sources, without direct sunlight, and in a well-ventilated place. The ambient temperature of the ice machine should not exceed 35°C to prevent poor cooling of the condenser due to excessive ambient temperature and affect the ice-making effect. The ground where the ice machine is installed should be solid and flat, and the ice machine must be kept level, otherwise it will cause no deicing and noise during operation.
2. The gap between the north and the left and right sides of the ice machine shall not be less than 30cm, and the gap at the top shall not be less than 60cm. The ice machine shall use an independent power supply, dedicated line power supply and be equipped with fuses and leakage protection switches, and shall be reliably grounded.
3. The water used by the ice machine must meet the national drinking water standards, and a water filter device should be installed to filter impurities in the water, so as not to block the water pipe of the ice machine and pollute the ice water tank and ice mold. And affect the ice making performance.
4. Handle the ice machine with care to prevent violent vibration. The slope of the ice machine should not be less than 45°. After long-distance transportation, the ice machine should be left for 2-6 hours before it can be turned on to make ice.
5. When cleaning the ice machine, the power should be turned off. It is strictly forbidden to flush the machine body directly with a water pipe. It should be scrubbed with a central detergent. It is strictly forbidden to clean the ice machine with corrosive solvents such as acid and alkali.
6. The ice machine must unscrew the head of the water inlet hose for two months to clean the filter screen of the water inlet valve to avoid sand and mud impurities in the water from blocking the water inlet of the ice machine, which will cause the water inlet to become smaller and cause no ice.
7. The dust on the surface of the condenser of the ice machine must be cleaned every two months. Poor cooling of the condenser will cause damage to the components of the ice maker compressor. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner, a small brush, etc. to clean the oil and dust on the condensing surface, and do not use sharp metal to clean, so as not to damage the ice machine condenser.
8. The water pipes, sinks, storage bins and protective film of the ice machine should be cleaned every two months. When not in use, it should be cleaned, and the ice mold and the moisture in the box should be blown dry with a hair dryer. The ice machine room should be stored in a dry and ventilated place without corrosive gas, and avoid open storage.
