What Are The Common Uses Of Block Ice Machines?

Block ice machine is a widely used ice-making equipment. The block ice produced by block ice machine can be used in many industries, such as commercial fresh-keeping, fresh food in supermarkets, etc. The whole block of ice can also be cooled and kept fresh, such as fishing, long-distance transportation, etc.

1. To keep fresh in supermarkets, ice cubes are crushed with an ice crusher, and the ice table is covered with smoothies, which can be used to keep seafood, aquatic products, chicken, duck, and meat fresh in supermarkets.

2. Farmer's market. Summer farmers' market is the main place to use ice. Large and medium-sized farmers' markets use about 5-10 tons of ice, and small farmers' markets use 1-5 tons of ice per day.

3. Fishing. Fishing boats go out to sea to catch fish. They can carry ice cubes to keep seafood fresh. Equipped with cold storage, they can go out to sea to catch fish for a long time.

4. Cold chain transportation. In summer, aquatic products are transported for a long time and placed in ice cubes. Under low temperature, aquatic fish can be kept fresh. High-end fruits and vegetables are transported in ice cubes to improve the quality of fruits and vegetables.

5. Restaurants and hotels, hotel cold beer, restaurant food processing, meat and poultry preservation and refrigeration, etc. For example, cafeterias need ice cubes to chill dishes.

The block ice machine uses an aluminum plate as an evaporator to directly exchange heat between the refrigerant and water to freeze the water in the ice bucket into ice. The automatic deicing system heats the inner wall of the ice bucket through hot fluorine, so that the ice cubes fall off uniformly in batches.
