Operation steps of flake ice machine

The operation steps of the flake ice machine are as follows:

1. Turn on the air switch of the main power supply, open the water supply valve, and connect the salt water pipe to supply water to the ice bucket.

2. Turn on the ice machine. After starting, please make sure that the direction of the ice blade is correct. If it is not correct, please check and adjust the power phase immediately to ensure that the ice blade rotates correctly.

3. After running, please check and debug the ice machine according to the following items:

From the observation hole, observe whether the water level of the water distribution plate in the evaporator is correct. If it is not correct, please adjust the valve on the water pump.

After the machine runs for 2-5 minutes, observe the icing layer on the surface of the evaporator, whether there is any abnormal sound when the ice blade cuts the ice, and whether 90% of the ice on the icing surface has slipped off.

For compressors with oil sight glass, observe the oil level of the compressor after ten minutes. When there is no excessive foam, the liquid level should be at the height shown in the figure.

If the above conditions are normal, please turn off the "Start/Stop" switch of each flake ice machine.
