How to connect the ice machine with the drainage system is as follows:
1. The water supply is preferably a separate system;
2. The water supply of the ice machine or water-cooled condenser should be equipped with a water valve. It is recommended to equip a booster pump when the water pressure is unstable to control the water intake and water pressure;
3. The minimum water inlet pressure is 1 kg;
4. The maximum water pressure is 6 kg;
5. Water quality is very important to the good work of the ice machine. If the water quality is too hard or too soft, it will affect the ice scraping of the evaporator of the ice machine. At the same time, the water supply system recommends that the customer should be equipped with a filter to report the hygiene and safety of the water supply;
6. The float valve in the water tank can be adjusted, through which the water volume in the water tank can be controlled. Before leaving the factory, our company has adjusted it for non-special circumstances, please do not adjust it at will;
7. Water supply pipes should be protected from frost. In severe cold regions, necessary measures must be taken to protect water supply pipes when winter comes. If a cooling tower is used, a centralized approach should also be taken to prevent freezing;
1) Do not disassemble the water valve of the water supply system.
2) Separate the water in the storage tank from the water in the cooling tower.
3) Adjust the water temperature to prevent freezing of cooling towers and circulating water pumps.
4) If the ice machine is not used for a long time, the residual water in the water tank and other water supply pipelines should be removed in time to prevent freezing and damage to the pipelines.
