Precautions for using the Snowflake Ice Machine:
1. The main body of the snowflake ice machine is divided into two chambers. The outer chamber and the inner disk have a certain density of evaporation chamber (copper tube), which is the cooling thing.
2. The working principle of the Snowflake Ice Machine: When the machine is turned on, the plunger pump will pass the water mixed with salt through several filters to evenly spray 0.2 kg of water onto the surface of the inner cavity, and then the cooling surface of the outer cavity will instantly form a thickness of 3 mm. Under the action of the rotating ice blades, the freshly made ice is broken into small pieces and dropped into the storage bin!
3. The snowflake ice machine should be installed in a well-ventilated place, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 35°C to prevent poor cooling of the condenser due to excessive ambient temperature and affect the ice-making effect. The ground where the ice machine is installed should be solid and flat, and the ice machine must be kept level to avoid de-icing and noise during operation.
4. The gap between the back and the left and right sides of the snowflake ice machine is not less than 30cm, and the gap at the top is not less than 60cm.
5. It is best to use an independent power supply for the snowflake ice machine, a dedicated line for power supply and equipped with a fuse and a leakage protection switch, and it must be reliably grounded.
6. The water used by the snowflake ice machine must meet the national drinking water standards, so as not to block the water pipes, it is necessary to install a water filter device to filter impurities in the water. If the water line is blocked, it will lead to contamination of the sink and ice mold, and affect the ice making performance.
7. The snowflake ice machine must regularly unscrew the head of the water inlet hose and clean the filter screen of the water inlet valve to prevent sand and mud impurities in the water from clogging the water inlet, causing the water inlet to become smaller and resulting in failure to make ice.
8. The snowflake ice machine must clean the dust on the surface of the condenser regularly. Poor condensation and heat dissipation will cause damage to the compressor components. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner, a small brush, etc. to clean the oil and dust on the condensation surface. Do not use sharp metal tools for cleaning, which will damage the condenser.
9. The water pipes, water tanks, storage bins and protective film of the snowflake ice machine should be cleaned every once in a while.
10. When cleaning the Snowflake Ice Machine, the power should be turned off. It is strictly forbidden to flush the machine directly with a water pipe. It should be scrubbed with a neutral detergent.
11. When the snowflake ice machine is not in use, clean it, dry the ice mold and the water in the box with a hair dryer, and place it in a ventilated and dry place, avoiding storage in the open air or direct sunlight.
