The evaporator can be divided into three parts: heat exchange device, water circulation device, ice scraping device and other components.

1. The heat exchange device is mainly composed of a steel cylinder with a built-in guide ring. The inner wall is smooth and smooth. It is usually chrome-plated to prevent corrosion and rust. The outer wall is wrapped with stainless steel plate and treated with foam heat insulation, which can effectively protect the barrel body and prevent heat loss, energy saving and environmental protection.

The water tank is usually made of 304# stainless steel, and the interior is treated with foam heat insulation, which can effectively prevent the heat exchange between water and air, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

3. The ice scraping device mainly consists of a reducer, a motor, an ice blade, a main shaft, and a bearing. Usually made of 304# stainless steel, anti-corrosion and no pollution to borneol, durable and reliable.

4. Upper and lower body components, divided into upper body and lower body, are important parts of evaporator components, usually made of aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel. It is mainly fixed, the main body is connected with the cylinder of the ice bucket, and the embedded bearing is connected with the main shaft.

3. Ice making principle of flake ice machine evaporator

The low-temperature condensed liquid refrigerant passes through the evaporator, exchanges heat with the water flowing through the inner wall of the evaporator, vaporizes and absorbs heat, lowers the water below 0°C, and quickly freezes, and the rotating reducer drives the ice blade to scrape off the ice flakes . The quality of the evaporator directly affects the ice production effect of the flake ice machine and the quality of flake ice.

4. Manufacturing process of evaporator

1. The inner wall of the evaporator is made of corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel. After coiling, welding, precision grinding, pickling, water washing, drying, plating and other cleaning processes, the evaporator is guaranteed to be free of impurities and anti-corrosion, and the purity of the ice-making system is guaranteed.
2. The evaporator has undergone annealing treatment, stress relief, rounding and other processes to ensure that the evaporator will never deform, and the life of the evaporator can reach 10 years.
3. The evaporator is kept under pressure of 20 atmospheres of nitrogen for 48 hours to ensure that the evaporator is 100% sealed and the refrigerant will never leak.
