The compressor unit must be handled strictly according to the steps
Replace the filter with a new one, then blow off and seal it up for use, unseal the pipeline of the refrigeration cycle system and quickly assemble the compressor unit. Then follow step 1 to charge the refrigerant quantitatively. Wait for five minutes (wait for the static balance between the pressure in the high pressure area and the low pressure area in the refrigeration cycle system pipeline) and power on the test machine.
Pay attention to moisture
1. The non-maintenance department should be sealed or closed for moisture-proof treatment.
2. The maintenance department should quickly disassemble and assemble.
3. Do not choose to carry out maintenance in rainy weather.

But there is always a contingency in everything. For refrigeration equipment with slight ice blockage after maintenance, the following methods can be used:
a. Recover the refrigerant and replace the filter with a new one;
b. A filter for a large cubic freezer is connected in series at the high-pressure exhaust end;
c. Refill the refrigerant quantitatively;
d. Use 1000W iodine tungsten lamp to bake in the refrigerator and freezer (note: the temperature is lower than 70°C).
E. Power on and test machine for one hour. Then recover the refrigerant, remove and connect a large cubic freezer filter at the high-pressure exhaust end, and replace it with a new filter;
F. Recharge the refrigerant quantitatively.
