What should I do if the snowflake ice machine only makes ice but does not discharge ice?

The laboratory uses snowflakes to crush ice, first made of ice, and then the ice falls normally before it can be taken out!

Ice is only made but not dropped, but there is still no ice available!

Therefore, ice making is not complete, only ice making and ice cubes can be used are complete ice making.

So what if the snowflake ice machine used in the laboratory only produces ice but does not release ice?
Find the reason first and then deal with it!

1. The water temperature probe or controller is faulty

Failure of the temperature measuring probe or the controller will cause the intelligent system to fail to effectively perceive the water temperature and make a misjudgment.

Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the water temperature probe. If the resistance is above 27K, the controller is faulty and needs to be replaced;

If the resistance value is below 27K, it is necessary to disconnect any one of the two wires of the temperature measuring probe, and adjust the resistance value by connecting a resistor in series to make it between 27K~28K.

2. The ice is too thin

If the ice produced by the snowflake ice machine is too thin, the ice cubes will melt before they fall in time, and the ice production standard will not be met.

The thickness of the ice cube can be controlled by adjusting the ice thickness probe to make it ice out.

3. Ice tray problem

The ice tray problem can be divided into two types: the ice tray is too dirty and the ice tray is desoldered.

The ice tray is dirty and needs to be cleaned with acidic liquid;

The ice tray is desoldered. If the front is desoldered, remove the desoldered one directly; if the copper tube on the back is desoldered, the ice tray needs to be replaced. If the repair can save it, consider repairing it.

4. Snowflake ice machine coolant leakage or solenoid valve damage

Check the leak port and repair the leak, then add refrigerant; replace the solenoid valve if it is damaged.
