How to solve the problem that the ice cubes only fall off after half an hour when the flake ice machine is working?

During the normal ice making process of the flake ice machine, when the ice reaches the required thickness, the compressor will discharge the hot air and lead it back to the wall of the ice maker to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant and form a water film between the ice and the evaporator , The water film falls into the ice storage tank under the action of ice gravity, and the water film acts as a lubricant, but what should I do if the ice does not fall off for half an hour during the ice making process?

The main reasons for slow ice loss:

1: The refrigerant pressure is too high or too low, resulting in abnormal operation of the compressor, and the refrigerant pressure should be adjusted.

2: The air-cooled ice machine may be damaged by the fan and electrical appliances, and the heat dissipation effect is not good. If the ice making time is too long, the compressor will be burned out. At this time, the condensing fan needs to be replaced to prevent the compressor from burning out.

3: Insufficient refrigerant or too much refrigerant will affect the ice-making effect of the flake ice machine. When the refrigerant is insufficient, it is necessary to add refrigerant in time. If it is found that the refrigerant is too much, it is necessary to reduce the amount of use appropriately.

4: If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the ice-making effect. The ambient temperature should be controlled at room temperature 20°C, and the water temperature should be 10°C.

5: Is the filter blocked? If the filter chip is not replaced for a long time, the water inflow of the ice machine will become smaller, resulting in the phenomenon that the ice machine does not make ice or makes ice slowly.

6: The environment where the flake ice machine is installed should be in a ventilated place, stuck in the corner, which will affect the normal operation of the ice machine.
