How to improve the use of flake ice machine

It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of the ice, and has a good moisturizing effect. Flake ice has a good cooling effect, and has the characteristics of large cooling capacity and fast speed. Therefore, it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration equipment, food freezing, concrete cooling, etc.

The principle of ice water in the flake ice machine is to enter the water collection tray from the water inlet of the evaporator of the flake ice machine, and sprinkle water evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator by sprinkling water to form a water film. The water film communicates with the refrigerant in the evaporator flow path. Heating, the temperature drops rapidly. A thin ice layer is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator, and it is crushed into ice cubes under the extrusion of the ice blade, and falls into the ice storage device from the ice outlet. A portion of the unfrozen water passes through the catch pan and is pumped back from the return port to the cold water tank through the cold water cycle.

The ice making cycle is supplemented by the water valve, the water automatically enters the water collector, and then the water is pumped to the diverter head through the flow control valve, and the water is evenly distributed at the diverter head. Sprayed on the surface of the ice maker, the water curtain passes through the wall of the ice maker, the water is cooled to freezing point, the non-transpired and frozen water will flow into the storage tank through the porous water tank, and the circulation will resume.

When the ice reaches the desired thickness (normally, the ice thickness is 1.5-2.2MM), the hot air exhausted from the compressor is redirected into the ice in the manufacturer's fixture. Convert cryogenic liquid refrigerant on walls. This creates a water film between the ice and the walls of the transpiration tubes. This layer of water acts as a slippery agent as the ice falls freely under gravity into the grooves below. The water generated during the ice mining cycle will come back to the water storage tank through the porous water tank, which also prevents the wet ice from being discharged by the machine.
