How to deal with the flake ice machine is full of ice and the overload protection indicator light is on

Flake ice machine full ice protection indicator is on and how to deal with it:

If the alarm light turns on like this, there are generally two situations:

(1) The freezer is full of ice, which is normal, just take out the ice in the freezer, and the ice machine will automatically start again after 5 minutes;

(2) If the ice storage cabinet is not full of ice but the light is on, it means that the full ice sensor of the flake ice machine is faulty. Troubleshooting method: check whether the ice-filled probe remains on the same straight line (as shown in the figure below). If it is found that it is not on the same straight line, please adjust the up and down position of the probe until it remains on the same straight line. If it is in the same straight line but the alarm light still does not go out, please wipe the lens of the infrared probe with a cloth. If the fault still remains, please replace the ice-filled probe in time or consult the manufacturer.

Flake ice machine overload protection indicator is on and how to deal with it:

If the alarm light is on like this, there may be the following three faults:

(1) Compressor overload: Check whether the compressor current is normal, and adjust the appropriate overload current value. Check the compressor circuit for phase loss or short circuit. If the compressor is faulty or damaged, please replace the compressor in time.

(2) Reducer overload:

① Check whether the geared motor is abnormal or burnt out. If it is burnt out, please replace it in time.

② Check whether the brine concentration is too high, and adjust the brine concentration to the correct ratio.

③ Check whether the skate bearing is damaged, the operation method is to reset the fault button of the thermal relay in the electric box, and restart the machine. Then observe the ice formation in the ice bucket. If the inside of the ice bucket is much thicker than normal, and sticks to the inner wall of the ice bucket, the ice blade cannot cut off the ice normally. In this case, the skate bearing is damaged, and the skate bearing needs to be replaced, or please consult the manufacturer.

(3) Fan overload: Check whether the fan is rotating and whether it is abnormal. If the fan is damaged, please replace it in time.
