Clean and check the rotor parts. Clean the rotor parts. Use non-flammable cleaning agents to prevent fire. Measure the straightness deviation of the pump shaft and the circular runout of key parts, such as

  Check the impeller, impeller corrosion, wear and cavitation can not exceed the standard. If cracks, damage and deformation are found, the impeller must be replaced with a new one to clean and inspect the impeller and casing rings. The surface of the ring should be smooth in visual inspection without obvious deformation, corrosion and defects. Otherwise, it should be repaired or replaced. Check and measure the gap between the rings. And compare it with the standard value, if it does not meet, it should be repaired.
