1. After the ice maker equipment is powered on, the switch indicator light of the controller box is on, the water pump and the drainage solenoid valve need to be powered on for 45 seconds, and the drainage time is set to 45 seconds. The residual water in the water tank needs to be removed to ensure the cleanness of the whole ice making water. The hot gas valve needs to be energized during the whole equipment drainage process.
2. Open the whole ice making and harvest process of the water inlet solenoid valve. After the compressor is started for 5 seconds, the hot gas valve is closed, and the water pump is started 30 seconds after the compressor precooling chamber (evaporator). When the water in the water tank contacts the water level detector for 3 consecutive seconds (when the water level detector contacts the water, the water level indicator of the controller is on), close the water inlet valve for 6 consecutive minutes.
3. Under the action of water pump and water separator, each small grid that flows horizontally through the refrigerator is frozen. As the water level formed by the ice drops, the water level indicator goes out. At this time, stop replenishing water to the water level until the detector contacts the water for 3 seconds, and stop making ice with enough water.
