What Happens When The Flake Ice Machine Shuts Down After Being Turned On?

In the process of using the flake ice machine, we will encounter the problem that the flake ice machine is turned off for a few minutes or the flake ice machine is just turned on.

Leave the flake ice machine on for a few minutes. Generally, flake ice machines have high voltage protection. The condenser is most likely inefficient and needs to be cleaned. The condenser has low efficiency and less heat discharge, so the internal temperature of Freon is high, the temperature is high, and the pressure is increased. The flake ice machine has a high-pressure protection shutdown function. After the flake ice machine is turned off, due to natural cooling, the temperature of the condenser decreases, the temperature and pressure are low, and it can be opened naturally. Everything will happen repeatedly. Due to the low efficiency of the condenser, the liquefied part of Freon inside the condenser is less, and does not require the temperature of the cold air blown out when passing through the expansion valve, so the thickness of the ice is significantly thinner.

There are several reasons why flake ice machines can be turned off for a few minutes.

1. The tap water is not boiling, and the heat is not good.

Solution: Check whether the tap water switch is turned on, whether the machine vent is blocked by something, and whether the air cooler has not cleaned the radiator for a long time. If yes, please clean the radiator (note: when cleaning the radiator, you can't clean it with hard objects, you can use a polyester cleaning brush)

2. Check whether the ice full switch is damaged.

Solution: When the water flap is closed, use a power meter to measure and see if the ice full switch closes properly. If it turns out to be good, replace the ice full switch, or check the magnet opposite the ice full switch for magnetism.

3. The high voltage switch is open

Solution: Under the measurement of the power meter, see if the high-voltage switch is normally closed in the shutdown state. If it is normal, and vice versa, replace the high-voltage switch, and you can also short-circuit the two open switches on the computer board.
