1. The refrigeration unit of the flake ice machine works normally, but the ice does not come out

Cause: This situation is generally caused by the lack of water in the water distribution pan, or the water in the water distribution pan is too large

Solution: If the water diversion plate is short of water, first check whether the water source is connected normally, and then check whether the water pump is working normally. If it still can't be solved, you can refer to the manual to adjust the water supply valve on the water supply pipeline of the ice bucket, and adjust the water level in the water distribution tray to a suitable position.

2. The flake ice machine has high voltage protection, resulting in no ice making

Cause: This situation is generally caused by poor heat dissipation

Solution: first check the side condensing fins of the condenser (the main function of the condensing fins is to ventilate and dissipate heat); see if there are some blockages such as dust, stains, oil stains, etc. If it is blocked, find a soft brush and follow the thorns Gently brush from top to bottom until these blockages are cleared; in addition, check whether the ventilation and heat dissipation position of the flake ice machine is at least 0.5 meters away from the wall.

3. The compressor of the flake ice machine is working normally, but it is not cooling, which makes it impossible to make ice

Cause: Insufficient refrigerant in the flake ice machine or damage to the solenoid valve, resulting in the lax shutdown of the compressor

Solution: Check if the refrigerant is not enough, increase the refrigerant appropriately or replace a pair of new solenoid valves

4. Press the start button of the flake ice machine, but the compressor and other motors do not respond

Cause: The ice full protection indicator is on, or the power is not connected or the start button is damaged or the PLC circuit board is damaged

Solution: first check whether the flake ice machine is powered on normally; if the ice full protection indicator light is on, check whether the ice in the ice storage bin is really full, if there is a raised part, just cover the ice full probe, and use an ice shovel Just lay it flat; if the PLC circuit board is damaged, professional personnel should be present for repair.
