The Flake Ice Machine Is Very Easy To Use, Do You Know How To Operate It?

Flake ice machine is a kind of ice machine, introduce to you industrial ice machine. The resulting ice is in the form of flakes. Flake ice can be made with fresh or salt water. Flakes are thin, dry and loose white ice, 10 mm to 15 mm thick, irregular in shape, and about 12 to 45 mm in diameter. The flakes have no sharp edges and corners and will not stab frozen objects.

It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of ice, and have a good moisturizing effect. Flake ice has an excellent cooling effect, and has the characteristics of large cooling capacity and fast speed. Therefore, it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration equipment, food quick-freezing, concrete cooling, etc.

The principle of ice making Water enters the water collection tray from the water inlet of the evaporator of the flake ice machine, and sprinkles the water evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator by sprinkling water to form a water film with pipes; the water film exchanges with the refrigerant in the flow path of the evaporator heat, and the temperature drops rapidly. A thin layer of ice is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator, and is crushed into ice cubes under the extrusion of the ice blade, and falls into the ice storage from the ice outlet. Part of the unfrozen water passes through the water collecting pan and returns to the cold water tank from the return port through the cold water circulation pump.

The ice making cycle passes through the make-up water valve, water automatically enters the water reservoir, then the water is pumped through the flow control valve to the split head where the water is split evenly. Sprayed onto the surface of the ice maker, the water curtain passes through the wall of the ice maker, the water is cooled to freezing point, the non-evaporated and frozen water will flow into the water storage tank through the porous tank, and the circulation will resume.

Ice taking time When the ice reaches the required thickness (normally, the thickness of the ice is 1.5-2.2MM), the hot air discharged from the compressor is redirected back into the ice maker tongs. On the walls, replace the cryogenic liquid refrigerant. This creates a water film between the ice and the walls of the evaporator tubes. This layer of water acts as a lubricant as the ice falls freely by gravity into the grooves below. The water produced during the ice harvesting cycle will return to the water storage tank through the porous water tank, which also prevents wet ice from being drained by the machine.
