Operation Method And Precautions Of Ice Machine

Operation method and precautions of ice machine

operation method

1. Ice making operation process

⑴Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the automatic water supply device is normal and whether the water storage in the water tank is reasonable (the water level has been adjusted to the right level when the machine leaves the factory, and the user does not need to make adjustments).

⑵Plug in the power supply, the ice machine starts to work, first the water pump starts to run (the water pump has a short-term air exhaust process), and after about 2 minutes, the compressor starts to start, and the machine enters the ice making state.

(3) When the thickness of the ice cube reaches the set thickness, the ice plate probe starts to start, the defrosting solenoid valve starts to work, the water pump stops working, the hot air enters the evaporator, and the ice cube falls in about 1 minute. As the ice cubes fall, flip the ice flap over and open the reed switch. When the magnetic reed switch is closed again, the machine enters into another ice making process.

⑷The compressor does not stop during the whole ice making and deicing process.

⑸When the ice bucket is full of ice and the magnetic reed switch cannot be closed automatically, the machine will stop working automatically. When enough ice cubes are removed and the magnetic reed switch is closed again, the machine will start up after a delay of 3 minutes and re-enter the ice making process .

Precautions

1. The ice machine should not be placed in the open air. It is better to install it in a safe, clean and well-ventilated environment, and it should not be exposed to direct sunlight or rain.

2. The ice machine should not be close to the heat source, and the operating environment should not be lower than 5°C and not higher than 40°C, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the condenser due to high temperature and fail to achieve a good ice-making effect.

3. The ice machine should be installed on a stable platform, and the anchor screws at the bottom of the machine should be adjusted to ensure that the machine is placed horizontally, otherwise it will cause no deicing and noise during operation. Space should be left around, in order to facilitate heat dissipation, the space on the left, right and rear of the machine should not be less than 150mm.

4. The ice machine should use the specified independent power supply that meets the national standards. The power supply should be reliably grounded, and equipped with fuses and leakage protection switches. The voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage.

5. The ice machine should use water sources that meet local drinking water standards, and install filters to remove impurities in the water, avoid blocking water pipes, polluting water tanks and ice molds, and affecting ice-making performance. The minimum water temperature is 2°C, the maximum is not more than 35°C, the minimum water pressure is 0.02Mpa, and the maximum is 0.8Mpa.

6. The ice machine must unscrew the head of the water inlet hose for two months to clean the filter screen of the water inlet valve to avoid sand and mud impurities in the water from clogging the water inlet, causing the water inlet to become smaller and resulting in no ice making. Although the ice machine will drain the cooled remaining water in the water tank at the end of each ice-making process to achieve the cleaning effect, which can effectively reduce the scale generation in the evaporator and water circulation system, but generally six months Left and right, the water distribution pipes, sinks, storage bins and water baffles should also be cleaned and disinfected with ice machine cleaners and disinfectants, and rinsed. The ice cubes produced during the cleaning process cannot be eaten. When not in use for a long time, it should be cleaned, and the ice mold and the moisture in the box should be blown dry with a hair dryer, and placed in a dry and ventilated place without corrosive gas, avoiding open storage.

8. When transporting the ice machine, handle it with care to prevent violent vibrations. The inclination of the transport should not be less than 45 degrees. After long-distance transportation, the ice machine should be placed for 2-6 hours before it can be turned on to make ice.
