How to operate the newly bought snowflake ice machine

Snowflake ice machine is different from other ice machines on the market because of its finely crushed ice particles and high water content. It is often seen in laboratories, and it is also widely used in hotels, cafes, restaurants, juice shops, etc. The unique ice making system and freezing circuit make its ice very popular, but these are all based on the normal ice making. If you just bought a snowflake ice machine, how to operate it to make it work normally? Where is the ice?

1. Take off the outer packaging, and take out the accompanying file bag, water inlet pipe, drain pipe, ice scoop and other accessories from the storage bin.

2. Place the snowflake ice machine in a well-ventilated place, keep a distance of no less than 150mm from the wall upright, place it stably, and keep it away from heat sources.

3. Connect a Φ12 soft plastic corrugated drainage pipe attached to the machine with the outlet pipe on the back of the machine, and place the other end in the sewer mouth.

4. Connect one end of the machine's own drain pipe to the faucet of the tap water supply pipe, and the other end to the water valve threaded joint on the back of the ice machine. Pay attention to the sealing rings at both ends of the water inlet pipe when connecting.

5. Unscrew the tap water to ensure the smooth flow of the water pipe.

6. Plug in the power plug, press the switch on the operation panel, and test whether the machine is running normally.

If the ice machine implements automatic continuous ice making from water intake → ice making → dehydration → ice storage, and the storage bin is full with a light indicating that the ice machine stops automatically, it means everything is normal.

If the external water supply pipe is not properly installed, the ice machine will light up to indicate lack of water and stop running. At this time, it needs to be checked.
