How To Operate The Flake Ice Machine Better

It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of ice, and have a good moisturizing effect. Flake ice has an excellent cooling effect, and has the characteristics of large cooling capacity and fast speed. Therefore, it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration equipment, food freezing, concrete cooling, etc.

The principle of ice making water is to enter the water collecting tray from the water inlet of the evaporator of the flake ice machine, and sprinkle the water evenly on the inner wall of the evaporator by watering to form a water film. The water film exchanges with the refrigerant in the evaporator flow path. Heating, the temperature drops rapidly. A thin layer of ice is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator, and is crushed into ice cubes under the extrusion of the ice knife, and falls into the ice storage device from the ice drop port. Part of the unfrozen water passes through the water collecting pan, and returns to the cold water tank from the return port through the cold water circulation pump.

The ice-making cycle is supplemented by the water valve, the water automatically enters the water collector, and then the water is pumped to the splitter through the flow control valve, and the water is evenly split at the splitter. Spray on the surface of the ice maker, the water curtain passes through the wall of the ice maker, the water is cooled to the freezing point, the non-evaporated and frozen water will flow into the storage tank through the porous water tank, and the circulation will resume.

When the ice reaches the desired thickness (normally, ice is 1.5-2.2MM thick), the hot exhaust air from the compressor is redirected into the ice in the manufacturer's fixture. Replace cryogenic liquid refrigerant on walls. This creates a water film between the ice and the walls of the evaporator tubes. This layer of water acts as a lubricant as the ice falls freely by gravity into the grooves below. The water produced during the ice harvesting cycle will return to the storage tank through the porous water tank, which also prevents wet ice from being drained by the machine.
