2. To prevent damage to the machine, attention must be paid to:

a. Do not cut off the water source when the machine is running.

b. When opening and closing the door of the refrigerator, the action should be gentle, and do not kick or slam the door.

c. Do not pile up any items around the storage refrigerator, so as not to hinder ventilation and deteriorate hygiene conditions

d. When the compressor is turned on for the first time or has not been used for a long time, the compressor heater should be energized for 3-5 hours before starting the compressor, and then run the ice machine.

e. It is strictly forbidden to expose the ice maker electrical box to a place with high air humidity without opening it for a long time. High humidity may cause the PLC control system and touch screen circuit board to burn.

f. When the ice machine is not used for a long time, please supply power to the control system of the electric control box regularly to ensure the accuracy of the internal time of the control system.

3. Regular cleaning and maintenance

Users can perform regular maintenance according to the local water quality and environmental conditions. In order to ensure the good performance and sanitation of the machine, regular maintenance is required (about one month).

a. Scrub the inner wall of the refrigerator with warm water diluted detergent.

b. After rinsing, wipe the surface thoroughly with liquid algae agent to disinfect.

c. Clean the chassis and body with a soft cloth dipped in stainless steel cleaning solution.

d. Considerable attention must be paid to the cleaning of the water system.

e. The water system should be cleaned at least twice a year.

f. It is recommended to use a cleaning agent to completely remove mineral deposits and accumulated scale.

g. Regularly check the cooling water circuit and the outdoor cooling tower to ensure that the cooling water circuit is unobstructed and prevent debris from entering the water tank at the bottom of the cooling tower.
