What kinds of blockages are there in the flake ice machine?

The blockage of the flake ice machine system usually includes ice blockage, dirt blockage and oil blockage. Among them, dirty blockage and oil blockage are divided into two types: blockage and micro-blockage.

1. Analysis of the reasons for blockage of the flake ice machine system:

1. Ice blockage: the moisture in the ice making system exceeds the allowable value.

2. Dirty blockage: Excessive impurities, such as residual dirt in the system during the manufacture of refrigeration equipment, oxidized metal in the pipeline, molecular sieve or silica gel powder, etc., block the pipeline or deform the pipeline under pressure.

3. Oil plugging: Too much refrigerated oil is filled and deteriorated and accumulates in the pipeline, the diameter of the pipe is small, or the refrigerated oil is easy to stick when it is cooled in the capillary, or the inner wall of the pipeline is too much refrigerated oil when it is used for too long , causing system blockage.

2. Blockage diagnosis of the flake ice machine system

1. Ice blockage: Intermittent and repeated refrigeration or periodic non-refrigeration

2. Dirty blockage, bad blockage, and oil blockage: Different from ice blockage, there will be no intermittent and repeated refrigeration phenomenon. Once blocked, it will not be able to cool/make ice or the ice-making effect will be poor.
