What is the principle of sterile saline ice machine?

The sterile saline ice machine is designed to meet the needs of surgical operations to continuously produce a soft, non-sharp ice slush. Such as transport of cryogenically transplanted organs for surgery or emergency surgery.

It is self-storage, portable and easy to operate. During operation, inject heat transfer medium into the ice well (the freezing point is at -37°C), then add the required disinfection solution into the ice-making basin, and press the control switch. When the slush begins to form, simply stir the solution. If it is needed after the ice mud is used up, the above steps can be repeated with the precooling solution of the same capacity. For details, refer to the introduction of Shanghai Bingyue BYWJ-6.

There is no qualitative difference between the refrigeration principle and the principle of other refrigeration systems, but the temperature control is more accurate and the temperature is lower:
The refrigeration system consists of refrigerant and four major components, namely compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. The function of the compressor is to compress the steam with lower pressure into steam with higher pressure, so that the volume of the steam is reduced and the pressure is increased. The compressor sucks the lower-pressure working medium vapor from the evaporator, raises its pressure, and then sends it to the condenser, where it is condensed into a higher-pressure liquid, which becomes a higher-pressure liquid after being throttled by the throttle valve. After the low-pressure liquid is sent to the evaporator, it absorbs heat and evaporates in the evaporator to become a steam with a lower pressure, and then sends it to the inlet of the compressor to complete the refrigeration cycle.
