What are the precautions for using the ice maker?

1. The ice maker should not be placed in the open air. It is recommended to install it in a safe and clean environment with good ventilation and free from direct sunlight and rain.

2. The ice maker shall not be close to the heat source, and the operating environment shall not be lower than 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the condenser due to high temperature and fail to achieve good ice making effect.

3. The ice maker shall be installed on a stable platform, and the foundation screws at the bottom of the machine shall be adjusted to ensure that the machine is placed flat and avoid noise during deicing and operation. Space shall be reserved on all sides. In order to facilitate heat dissipation, the front and rear space on the left side of the machine shall not be less than 150mm.

4. The ice maker shall use the independent power supply that meets the national standard. The power supply shall be reliably grounded and equipped with fuses and leakage protection switches. The voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage.

5. The ice maker shall use the water source that meets the local drinking water standard, install filters, etc., so as to remove the impurities in the water, avoid blocking the water pipe, polluting the water pool and the ice mold, and affecting the ice making performance.

6. The ice maker needs to rotate for about two months to screw in the water hose head, clean the filter screen of the inlet valve, and prevent the sand and mud impurities in the water from blocking the water inlet, which will reduce the water inflow and cause no ice making. Although the ice maker will discharge the remaining water cooled in the water tank after each ice making process to achieve the cleaning effect, which can effectively reduce the scale in the evaporator and water circulation system, it is usually necessary to clean the disinfection water separator and water tank with the ice maker cleaning agent and disinfectant for about half a year The cold storage and water baffle shall be washed clean. The ice produced during cleaning is not edible. When it is not used for a long time, it shall be cleaned, the ice mold and the water in the box shall be dried with an electric blower, and placed in a dry place without corrosive gas and ventilation to avoid outdoor storage.

7. The ice maker shall be handled with care to prevent violent vibration. The handling angle shall not be less than 45 degrees. After long-term transportation, the ice maker shall be placed for 2-6 hours before starting ice making.
