The ice maker shall be installed in a place far away from the heat source, without direct sunlight and with good ventilation. The ambient temperature of the ice maker shall not exceed 35 ° C, so as to prevent poor heat dissipation of the condenser caused by high ambient temperature and affect the ice making effect. The ground on which the ice maker is installed shall be solid and flat, and the ice maker must be kept horizontal, otherwise it will cause no de icing and noise during operation.
The clearance between the back and left and right sides of the ice maker shall not be less than 30cm, and the clearance between the top and right sides shall not be less than 60cm. The ice maker shall use independent power supply, special line power supply, fuse and leakage protection switch, and shall be reliably grounded.
The water used by the ice maker shall meet the national drinking water standard, and a water filter device shall be installed to filter the impurities in the water, so as not to block the water pipe of the ice maker and pollute the water tank and ice mold of the ice maker. And affects the ice making performance.
The ice maker shall be handled with care to prevent violent vibration. The inclination of the ice maker shall not be less than 45 degrees. After long-distance transportation, the ice maker shall be left standing for 2-6 hours before it can be started to make ice.
When cleaning the ice maker, turn off the power supply. It is strictly prohibited to directly align the water pipe with the body of the ice maker and scrub it with neutral detergent. It is strictly prohibited to clean the ice maker with acidic, alkaline and other corrosive solvents.
The ice maker must unscrew the water inlet hose head and clean the filter screen of the water inlet valve within two months to prevent the sand and mud impurities in the water from blocking the water inlet of the ice maker, which will cause the water inflow to become small and lead to no ice making.
The dust on the condenser surface of the ice maker must be cleaned every two months. Poor condensation and heat dissipation will cause damage to the compressor parts of the ice maker. During cleaning, use vacuum cleaner, small brush, etc. to clean the oil dust on the condensing surface, and do not use sharp metal tools to avoid damaging the condenser of the ice machine.
The water pipe, water tank, refrigerator and protective film of the ice maker shall be cleaned once every two months. When not in use, it shall be cleaned, and the ice mold and the water in the box shall be dried with an electric blower. The ice maker shall be placed in a place free of corrosive gas and ventilated and dry to avoid outdoor storage.
