What are the characteristics of common snowflake ice machines, and how does it complete ice making

An ice machine is a refrigeration mechanical device that generates ice after water is cooled by the refrigerant of the refrigeration system through an evaporator. According to the principle of the evaporator and the different production methods, the shape of the ice cubes generated is also different. Generally, according to the shape of the ice, ice machines are divided into granular ice machines, flake ice machines, plate ice machines, tube ice machines, shell ice machines, etc. wait.
Features of Snowflake Ice Machine:
1. The power switch and function indicator light are placed on the front of the machine for easy operation.
2. There are protective shutdown functions such as ice full display, water shortage display, refrigerant lack display, fault warning display, etc.
3. Pure copper ice bucket, stainless steel skates, safe and reliable.
4. The disassembly of the main parts, such as the water distribution pipe and the sink, does not require any tools, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
5. The stainless steel outer shell is decorated with silver-gray ABS engineering plastics, which is elegant in shape and durable.
6. There are protective shutdown functions such as ice full display, water shortage display, overcooling protection display, and fault warning display. The ice machine will automatically stop when the ice is full and lack of water, and it will automatically start when there is an incoming call and water, and it has an automatic memory recovery function.
Ice making process:
Through the water inlet valve, the water automatically enters a water storage tank, and then is pumped to the shunt pipe by the water pump, and the shunt pipe evenly flows the water to the evaporator cooled by the low-temperature liquid refrigerant, and the water is cooled to the freezing point, which is cooled to the freezing point The water will freeze into ice, and the water that has not been frozen by the evaporator will flow into the water storage tank again, and the circulation will start again through the water pump. When the ice cube reaches the required thickness, it enters the deicing state, and the high-pressure hot gas discharged from the compressor is diverted to the evaporator through the reversing valve to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. In this way, a layer of water film is formed between the ice cube and the evaporator, and this layer of water film makes the ice cube break away from the evaporator, and when the ice cube falls freely into the ice storage tank below by the effect of gravity.
