How are large ice cubes made?

Large ice cubes can be made with direct cooling block ice machines and brine block ice machines.
1. The direct cooling ice machine is divided into unit module, evaporator module and cooling tower module.
The direct cooling block ice machine uses a special aluminum alloy plate as the evaporator, and freezes the water in the ice-making mold into ice through the direct heat exchange between the refrigerant and the water.
The automatic deicing system heats the inner wall of the ice mold to make the ice fall off in batches.
The salt water ice machine uses salt water as the heat exchange medium.
By lowering the temperature of the brine in the salt pond, the water in the ice mold is frozen into ice, and the size of the ice cubes is controlled by the size.
To remove the ice, you need to hang up the ice mold and put it in the melting tank, and the ice will melt. Ice cubes are poured from the ice shelf.
Brine ice machines need to make concrete salt ponds based on scale and production requirements.
Compared with salt water ice making, the direct cooling ice making method has great advantages in terms of efficiency, space occupation, and convenience.
