1. In order to ensure the quality of ice, attention should be paid to:
●Do not store any items in the refrigerator.
●Keep the storage bin door closed and keep the ice shovel clean and free from dirt.
●When cleaning the vicinity of the machine, do not let dust enter the ice machine through the vents.
2. To prevent damage to the machine, attention should be paid to:
●Do not cut off the water source when the machine is running.
●Close the refrigerator door gently, and do not kick or slam the door.
●Do not pile up any items on or around the storage refrigerator, so as not to hinder ventilation and deteriorate hygiene conditions.
3. Regular cleaning and maintenance
●Users can perform regular maintenance according to local water quality and environmental conditions.
●In order to ensure the good performance and sanitation of the machine, it should be maintained regularly (about one month).
●Scrub the inner wall of the refrigerator with a lotion diluted with warm water.
After rinsing, wipe the surface thoroughly with liquid algae agent to disinfect.
●Clean the chassis body with a soft cloth dipped in special cleaning solution for stainless steel.
4. Water system cleaning
●Great attention must be paid to the cleanliness of the water system.
●The water system should be cleaned at least twice a year.
●It is recommended to use cleaning agent to completely remove mineral deposits and silted scale.
Precautions for use
1. Avoid direct sunlight on the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed in an environment where the temperature is lower than 35°C, there is no corrosive gas, and the relative humidity is lower than 80%.
3. When in use, the surrounding area of the instrument should be well ventilated, and the distance from walls or obstacles should not be less than 150mm.
4. The instrument must use an independent power supply (AC 220V, 50Hz, 10A) and be properly grounded.
5. Before moving the instrument, stop the machine and empty the storage bin. It is required to carry the instrument vertically, and it must not exceed 45 degrees when it must be tilted.
6. The refrigeration system must not be started and stopped frequently, otherwise the compressor may be damaged.
