The refrigerator should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight.

The ventilation distance of the condenser of the ice machine should be at least 1 meter from the front and back, and the height should be at least 50 cm. There is a greater ventilation distance to keep the air flowing. The ground for installation should be kept level, otherwise the storage of the refrigerator will affect the production quality of the refrigerator.

After installation, first check the integrity of the appearance of the machine, whether the cooling channel is unobstructed, whether the fan blades rotate flexibly, whether all the shut-off valves of the unit are fully opened, whether there are oil stains on the welding joints of the unit, and whether the compressor is short of oil. Here, Haoshuang reminds everyone that the oil is closely related to the service life of the compressor, and the oil level and oil color should be checked at all times.

Connect the water source and check whether the water pressure is normal. Low water pressure will cause the machine to constantly alarm. It is recommended to use a water storage tank and a booster pump for frequent water cuts. The water level of the water inlet tank should be about 10mm lower than the overflow port, and the water level can be adjusted by adjusting the float. Don't forget to check the voltage. The ice maker has its own single water valve and power supply for easy maintenance later on.

Do not make ice immediately after the ice machine is powered on. First, the crankcase heater can press the oil to heat it up, and then let the unit run. Here, we should listen to the running sound of the unit and see how the evaporator freezes. Some ice makers require brine to be added. Generally, a 30 kg barrel is suitable for adding more than 200 grams of salt. At the same time, check whether the water level of the water separator is normal.

A friend responded that the high water pressure may easily cause water to escape while the ice machine is making ice. At this time, it is necessary to close the water valve in front of the water separator.

After the unit is in normal operation, we need to test some protection functions of the unit.

Water shortage protection. When the machine stops, the unit can stop after three minutes of blocking the switch by hand under normal circumstances. At present, the ice machine is shut down first, and the ice blades are shut down after two minutes, which is conducive to the next startup, scraping off the ice in the entire ice bucket, and facilitating the thickness of the ice for the next startup.
